This is the mediatria's first open contest of 2010.

the problem:

With the start of the new year we moved our server farm in a new location and a beautiful Dell PowerEdge 42U server cabinet now lay unused in our study. We are looking for an alternative use for this huge piece of black metal (see image), any ideas?

Nothing comes for nothing, the best idea will be rewarded with a priceless Mediatria's mug from our endless collections of gadgets.

Just to make you confortable about your ideas, we have already used 42U as:

  • (fake) body scanner to impress customers that pay us a visit
  • (funny) Iron maiden to torture customers that don't pay invoices
